Remote Office

Remote Office will allow you to access the TSL network from your home computer, if you are required to do so in a pandemic situation.

If this is your first time logging on to Remote Office you will need to download and install the Remote Office software (Citrix) on your computer. Please see The Downloads & How-to Guides section for instructions.

To log on for returning users:

  1. Click on the link Remote Office.
  2. In the Domain\username field, enter your network login ID (normally first initial+surname).
  3. In the Password field, enter your network password.
  4. In the PASSCODE field, enter your security passcode (which will be sent to you automatically via SMS).
